muhurta module
Purpose-pack muhurta (auspicious time window) selection over calculated panchang days. Public imports use the package root. See the package specification and task plan (V-13, V-14).
Run pnpm --filter @astrology/vedic build, check, and test after building dependencies (pnpm build:vedic builds all).
Pack yatra@1
YATRA_V1_PACK encodes the yatra specification
tables with status: 'draft' until prerequisite P3 records a named primary source.
selectMuhurtaWindows(input, pack, rulesHash) validates everything first (pack identity, 1–31
consecutive days for one observer, direction, minimum minutes, a sunset per day and Moon sign
intervals), then scopes to daytime, removes every exclusion, intersects with the travel nakshatras,
splits at every limb (one of the five panchang elements)/segment/tag boundary, merges identical neighbours and applies the minimum
duration per merged window. Exclusions always win; Abhijit only tags. windows and excluded
tile the daytime exactly, and an empty windows is a success. Day fractions use integer
milliseconds, so adjacent segments share boundaries.
The package consumes PanchangDay values and calls no port; through the engine it depends on the
panchang layer and therefore on the rise/set gate.
